Guy Plenderleith joined the firm in 1993 specialising in farm business management consultancy advice to clients including business planning, re-organisations, cost re-structuring and re-financing. Specialist areas include detailed planning in respect of the SFP scheme, advice on contract / share farming, farm collaboration schemes, rent reviews, staff recruitment, computerised accounting and office management.

Tom Gee
Tom Gee

Tom Gee joined the team in 2002 having graduated top of his course from the Royal Agricultural College. With a strong practical background, he has worked for several farming business including his family’s farm. Tom specialises in advising clients on contract farming, machinery costing, budgeting and forward planning, SFP and environmental schemes.

Thomas Long
Thomas Long

Thomas joined the firm in 2008 having graduated with an Honours Degree in Agri-Business Management from Newcastle University in 2007. Thomas has gained practical agricultural experience at home and abroad and keeps a number of beef cattle in his own right. Thomas advises on contract farming agreements, business planning, cashflow management, environmental stewardship renewals, livestock management and regulation.

Tony Hargreaves
Tony Hargreaves

Tony is an experienced environmental consultant with a background in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA’s) and a proven track record in obtaining planning permission for renewable energy from waste projects. He advises clients on environmental matters from regulatory requirements to energy and resource efficiency opportunities. His interest in ecology and conservation means he is well placed to undertake ecology surveys and environmental stewardship scheme applications.
