A founder partner of Brown & Co, Charles Whitaker has
extensive agricultural business knowledge across a wide range
of large-scale UK business enterprises including livestock,
combinables, roots and organics. He is actively involved with
a number of leading agricultural businesses - Estates and private
farming enterprises - as a non executive director, director and
consultant. Charles has led Brown & Co's presence in Poland
and the Caribbean and has regular Ag business consulting
involvement in those regions as well as large scale arable and
beef production in Argentina. He spends approximately 30%
of his time on overseas business.

Andrew Fundell provides consultancy advice to agricultural
businesses throughout East Anglia but predominantly in Norfolk
and Suffolk. His key areas of expertise include business
reviews, business plans including forward financial projections;
the setting up and monitoring of joint venture arrangements and
contract farming agreements. He has a proven track record in
the successful application to UK government and European funding.

A Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, Simon
Wearmouth specialises in providing advice to rural businesses,
farmers and landowners throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. Simon
has extensive experience in providing advice on diversification
and asset management, rural grants, SFP including land
occupancy arrangements and environmental schemes. As an
auctioneer, Simon undertakes dispersal and collective machinery
auctions.

Matthew Curphey provides rural business management advice
to individuals, farming groups and companies in Norfolk and
Suffolk. Having joined Brown & Co in 2004, he specialises in
diversification, livestock production, business change, computer
management systems, rural grants, SFP and environmental
schemes. From a farming background, Matthew's family has
a beef and sheep enterprise on the Isle of Man.

Sam Lewsey
Having gained a degree in Agriculture from the Royal Agricultural College, Samantha Lewsey joined Brown & Co in July 2007. From an early age she has helped out and worked on dairy, arable and livestock farms and has developed a special interest in cattle and pig enterprises.
As well as a general role within the Norwich team, she is particularly involved in budget preparation and single farm payment applications.
