Masterchef Finalist Tim Kinnaird has secured a new manufacturing unit in Norwich as his Macarons & More business grows from strength to strength.
The 2010 runner up on BBC’s Masterchef series has outgrown his production kitchen in Watton, Norfolk, and has moved this, together with his online business to Norwich. The former GP creates and sells his own range of delicious macarons, tarts, cakes and other treats.
The 3,400 sq ft industrial unit forms part of the 29 unit 128,000 sq ft Hellesdon Hall Industrial Estate, which is one of the premier industrial estates in the city.
New owners Rockspring, who purchased the estate as part of a 10 estate portfolio from Hansteen in June 2014, are delighted with the letting, which maintains headline rents at £5.75 per sq ft.
The estate is home to a range of business and trade occupiers including Hire Station, Andrew Page Automotive, Plumb Center and Micross Components.
Letting agents Brown & Co have a number of units available to let from 2,700 sq ft to 3,400 sq ft and for further information contact Nick Dunn, Tel: 01603 598 241.
