General auctions are held fortnightly on Saturdays and will include antique and 20c furniture, collectables and household effects.

Fine Art and Antiques auctions are held quarterly on Tuesdays.

Specialist collectors toy auctions are twice a year.

Catalogues are available at general auctions on view days and sale days. Catalogues for Fine Art and Antiques auctions are available approximately one week prior to the sale and can be viewed on-line by clicking on the sale date in the calendar.

Buyers number system
To bid buyers must obtain a buyers number. This can be obtained by
registering name and contact details on arrival at the saleroom.  The
buyers number is valid for that particular sale only. 

Commission bids
Buyers unable to attend the sale can leave a commission (or absentee)
bid. Simply complete a commission to bid form, obtained from the
saleroom, and our commission clerk will bid on the buyers behalf. 

Telephone bids for high value lots
For high value lots at our Fine Art and Antiques auctions, buyers have
the option to make a telephone bid.  This must be booked in advance,
is available on a first-come first-served basis, and is subject to a
minimum lot value of £100.

Payment
Buyers pay the hammer price plus the current buyers premium and
VAT where applicable. 

Payment can be made by:
* Cash, subject to conforming with The Money Laundering Regulations 2003,
* Cheque supported by a bankers card or bankers letter or
* Credit / Debit card - extra charge levied, 3% credit cards
