Paul has recently moved to head the Retford commercial office having previously practised in the dynamic New Town of Milton Keynes for 24 years and was a director and head of agency at Lambert Smith Hampton’s office there.

Paul graduated in 1987 from Bristol Polytechnic where he studied Valuation and Estate Management. Paul brings in-depth experience and understanding of all aspects of commercial market with particular expertise in the industrial and logistics market. Paul’s remit is to grow the commercial department in the North Nottinghamshire / South Yorkshire area providing a full range of services including agency sales, lettings , acquisitions, valuations , rent reviews, lease renewals , planning and development work.

Chartered surveyor and auctioneer Jeremy Baguley is a partner of Brown & Co.

He began his career in residential and commercial property agency and valuation in 1988 in Retford, joining Brown & Co in 1999. Jeremy heads up the Retford office. Apart from his university years, he has lived in the area all his life and is well known in the local business community.

Having been based in the Grantham office of Brown & Co, Tim moved to the Land Agency Department of the Retford Office when it opened in 2001. Tim concentrates upon a wide range of property issues including both rural and commercial property. Tim is involved with valuations for tax purposes and sales relating to commercial, development and agricultural property. A keen auctioneer he works alongside the machinery auctions team throughout the region. Tim is also involved with compulsory purchase schemes, wayleaves and farm diversification projects.
