In 2008, after graduating with a degree in Rural Enterprise & Land Management from Harper Adams, James joined the Land Agency Department at Brown & Co.

Based in Brigg, James’ work comprises of valuation, purchase and sale ,estate management, landlord and tenant, compulsory purchase, planning and general agricultural advice. James is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

From a farming family in the Lincolnshire Wolds, Judy completed her masters in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College before joining Brown & Co in 2007. She gained membership to the RICS in 2009 and is now involved in a wide range of rural professional work including sales and lettings of agricultural and rural property, machinery auctions, valuations and landlord and tenant matters.
