Born in to a North Cambridgeshire farming family, Chris gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams Agricultural College, before returning to East Anglia to embark on a career in land agency. Having qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1999, he gained membership of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) in 2007. With ten years experience of land valuation, estate management, machinery auctioneering and general farm business management in East Anglia, Chris joined Brown & Co in 2008.
