Martin was one of the founder members of Brown & Co and has been practising in Lincolnshire since 1983. For some years Martin acted for both private and institutional clients undertaking Rural Estate Management work. More recently Martin has changed and he now specialises in planning & development, wind farms and general professional work.

Martin remains involved advising on Landlord and Tenant work, farm and land sales and valuations, compulsory purchase and farm diversification. Martin is a past President of the Lincolnshire Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Richard is a member of a Lincolnshire farming family and has been practising in the county and beyond for over 30 years.

He specialises in the sale and purchase of farms and estates as well as residential property but also undertakes valutions for mortgage and other purposes as well as farm stock takings.

A keen and experienced auctioneer he is responsible for farm machinery sales at the Grantham office.

Ian was a Founding Partner of Brown & Co and Senior Partner from 1993 to 2005. He now works as a Consultant to the Firm on a close to full time basis on a wide variety of rural and commercial property. He is currently involved in valuation work in Eastern Europe and the Caribbean”.
