With ten years experience operating in the Caribbean,
Brown & Co opened a permanent office in St Lucia,
at Vide Bouteille, just north of Castries in 2005.
The team in St Lucia offers comprehensive acquisition
and marketing services for residential property and
land on the island, as well as in the wider Caribbean.
The firm recently completed an island wide property revaluation
project for the island's Government, having delivered a similar
project in St Vincent in 2004.
