Robert Fairey - MRICS Robert is Head of Brown & Co's Rural Division. He joined the
firm, soon after its formation in 1993 and has been responsible
for running the Bury St Edmunds Land Agency Department
since then. He joined the Partnership in 1996.
Robert specialises in the sale, purchase and valuation of rural and
commercial property and advises on investment and development
opportunities in those sectors. He is also an Auctioneer and
conducts the farm machinery auctions handled by the Bury office.
Anthony Holliday FRICS, FAAV
Anthony has over 30 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor dealing with a wide range of property matters. He undertakes valuations in respect of rural, commercial and residential property together with the sale and purchase of agricultural property.
He deals with planning and development opportunities and compensation issues.
Simon Gilbey -MRICS Simon joined the Land Agency Department of the Bury St Edmunds
office in 2000. He specialises in all aspects of rural property
management and development. He also deals with professional
wayleaves, planning and compensation work.
Adam Williamson Adam joined Brown & Co in 2005, transferring from the Norwich office to the Bury St Edmunds Land Agency department in 2006.
Adam assists in all aspects of rural professional work and is working towards gaining his professional qualifications as a member of the RICS and the CAAV.
