Nigel Wild FRICS FAAV
Nigel was a founder partner of Brown & Co and is responsible
for the management of a number of agricultural estates in the
Midlands and north of England.

Nigel’s particular skills are in tax planning, partnership dissolution
and landlord and tenant issues. He also assists in mediation
cases under the Alternative Dispute Resolution process.

Nigel is a member of the RICS Panel of Rural Practice Arbitrators
and an Expert Witness.

Martin S Herbert FRICS FAAV
Martin was one of the founder members of Brown & Co and has been practising in Lincolnshire since 1983. For some years Martin acted for both private and institutional clients undertaking Rural Estate Management work.  More recently Martin has changed and he now specialises in planning & development, wind farms and general professional work.

Martin remains involved advising on Landlord and Tenant work, farm and land sales and valuations, compulsory purchase and farm diversification. Martin is a past President of the Lincolnshire Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Richard Godson BSc FRICS FAAV

Richard is a  member of a Lincolnshire farming family and has been practising in the county and beyond for over 30 years.

He specialises in the sale and purchase of farms and estates as well as residential property but also undertakes valutions for mortgage  and other purposes as well as farm stock takings.

A keen and experienced auctioneer he is responsible for farm machinery sales at the Grantham office.

Ben Wills BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV
Ben joined the Grantham Land Agency Department at Brown
& Co on a full time basis in 2005.

Ben's principal area of practice is estate management undertaken
on behalf of a variety of clients. His role also encompasses
other professional work including sales, purchases, compulsory
acquisition, planning and general agricutural advice.

Will Parry - Bsc (Hons)
Will graduated from Harper Adams University College having
studied a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management and
joined Brown & Co's Grantham office in the summer of 2006.

Will is primarily involved in estate management, auctions and
professional work, including sales, lettings and valuations.
An enthusiastic auctioneer he is keen to expand this service
in Grantham.
