Charles joined Brown & Co with the merger of Francis Hornor
& Son, having been a Partner since 1989.
Working primarily for private clients undertaking Estate
Management and professional work, Charles has wide
experience of the matters that affect and are important to
private property owners. Charles specialises in estate issues,
agricultural tenancy law, compulsory purchase, tax valuation
and diversification opportunities.

David Hooper - FRICS FAAV
A partner since 1999, David has particular responsibility for
planning and development.
He is actively involved with planning work and representations,
development land options and sales of development land and
farms. He also undertakes valuations for all purposes on rural
property and is an expert in agricultural holdings legislation.

Anne Barker - MRICS FAAV
Anne is from a Suffolk farming family and has great practical
agricultural experience. A Senior Associate, Anne heads
the Norwich Farm Sales team, and is a member of the
valuation team. She remains very involved with Estate
Management across Norfolk, specialising in maximising the
return from a range of assets.

Jonathan Rush MSc MRICS
From a Suffolk arable farming family, Jonathan graduated from Bristol University and progressed to gain a Masters in Rural Estate and Land Management.
With six years experience in estate management, agency and professional work in the west country, Jonathan moved back to East Anglia and joined Brown & Co in 2007.  He is actively involved with a wide range of professional and valuation advice and rural estate management work.
