LOCATION
The land is situated approximately half a mile south west of the village of Owston Ferry, three miles east of Haxey and four miles south of Epworth.

When travelling southbound from Epworth along Epworth Road at the T junction turn left onto High Street then immediately turn right onto Station Road. Continue along Station Road for approximately half a mile and Lots 1, 2 & 3 will be on the right.

TENURE & POSSESSION
The property is sold freehold subject to a grazing licence which terminates on the 15th September 2017.

METHOD OF SALE
The property is offered for sale by informal tender as a whole or in up to 3 Lots. Closing date FRIDAY 30th JUNE 2017 at 12 Noon. Offers should be made in accordance with the terms set out in the covering letter.

The purchaser will be required to exchange contacts within 28 working days of receipt by the buyers solicitor of a draft contract, with completion by arrangement. A 10% deposit will be payable on exchange of contracts.

BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME
