The gross internal area of the former Hatchery premises is approximately 30,860 sq ft (2,867 sq m) with the total site area being approximately 2.44 acres (0.99 hectares).

The site also contains a detached two storey three bedroomed House of brick construction under a mainly pitched and tiled roof covering which we understand is subject to an Agricultural Habitation Clause.
