DIRECTIONS Proceed out of Norwich on the A47 and continue through Hockering and Dereham on the bypass. At the end of the dual carriageway, continue for about quarter of a mile and turn right into Drayton Hall Road. Continue into Scarning and the west side of Dereham up to the T-junction and turn left to Scarning. After about 2½ miles on entering the village the property will be found on the right hand side of the road, immediately adjoining the delightful village church known as St Peter and St Paul, which in itself dates back to the 12th Century.
