All the land is classified as Grade 2 on the MAFF Land Classification Plan, Sheet 124, and Provisional Edition. The soil is listed in the Soil Survey of England and Wales as belonging to the Peacock Soil Association, described as deep humose calcareous clayey and non-calcareous fine loamy over clayey soils, calcareous in places, suited to cereal and beans and some grassland.

GENERAL REMARKS & STIPULATIONS

TENURE AND METHOD OF SALE
The land is available Freehold and with Vacant Possession. The land is to be sold by Private Treaty and is available in two Lots. Exchange of Contracts and Completion will take place as soon as possible following acceptance of any offers.

BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME (BPS)

BOUNDARIES

DISPUTES
Should any disputes arise as to the boundaries or any matters relating to the Particulars, or the interpretation thereof, the matter will be referred to an Arbitrator to be appointed by the Selling Agents.
