From the centre of Downham Market, take Railway road, over the bridge onto A1122 Bridge Road. Continue over the second bridge then turn right onto Lady Drove, where the site can be found on the left hand site opposite Popular Farm.

Prior approval notification was approved by the Borough of Kings Lynn & West Norfolk under the reference number 16/00890/PACU3. The plans can be viewed at the agent's office or on the council's website.
