Experienced local agent Suzy Martin joined Brown & Co in 2007 to set up the residential agency team in King’s Lynn.

Previously European Sales Manager for local firm Sensient, Suzy entered the world of residential agency in 2006 working for a national firm at offices in Swaffham and King’s Lynn. She has comprehensive knowledge of the local area and numerous professional contacts across West Norfolk.

Coming from a farming background and being born and bred in Norfolk, Suzy is a member at Ryston Park Golf Club.

Lesley is an Associate Partner of Brown & Co and is residential lettings manager at the King’s Lynn office. Originally from Zimbabwe, she settled in Norfolk 12 years ago and joined the firm in 2006.

Formerly a member of Chesterton’s Commercial Property Management team, Lesley’s increasing interest in residential property management and lettings led to her heading up a team at one of Norwich’s largest letting agencies.

A long time ARLA member (Association of Residential Letting Agents), Lesley is also a member of the National Trust.

Experienced Norfolk residential sales negotiator James Hurst joined the King’s Lynn team in 2010.

On leaving Springwood High School, he set out in a career in residential agency, working for two firms at offices in Fakenham and Burnham Deepdale, before joining Brown & Co’s expanding team.

James, who lives in Great Massingham, is a keen cricketer and active member of both Sandringham and Castle Rising Cricket Clubs.
