Peter Hornor is the fifth generation of his family to work in the Norwich office and is a partner of the firm and head of Norwich Residential Services.

A chartered surveyor and auctioneer, he qualified 20 years ago and specialises in both residential agency and professional work and runs the successful Norwich auction department. Previously Peter worked in London as a surveyor and was a resident land agent in Norfolk.

His varied interests include cricket, hockey, sailing, tennis, skiing and 20th Century British history.

Armed with a Diploma in Valuation & Estate Agency, Tim began his career in 1986 and has since gained extensive experience working for leading independent and corporate estate agents in Norfolk. He joined Brown & Co, as residential sales manager for the Norwich office, in 2007.

Tim lives in Thorpe St Andrew with his family and is a keen golfer and amateur photographer.

Chris has almost 40 years experience as a chartered surveyor, initially in Shrewsbury before moving to Norwich in 1971. He joined Brown & Co in 2005, having previously been a partner in a local firm of chartered surveyors. Chris specialises in residential valuations and associated professional work, and also undertakes probate valuations and deals with auction sales.

In his secret life he plays guitar in a local 60′s tribute band.

With over 15 years experience of the letting market, both as a property manager and letting agent, Ivan joined Brown & Co in 2006. In his role as lettings manager he has successfully expanded the department.

Ivan is a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (FARLA).

He lives in Norwich, having moved from Sevenoaks in Kent, and is happy to chat about rugby, music, or your property!

Having qualified as a teacher, Amy moved to Norwich and, with a keen interest in property and the countryside, joined Brown & Co’s Norwich lettings team in 2007.

With several year’s experience under her belt as a lettings negotiator, Amy has successfully completed the ARLA exams.

Amy lives in Norwich with her partner and Polish Lowland Sheepdog ‘Noah’. The three are generally found exploring the Norfolk countryside and coast at weekends.

Experienced Norfolk estate agent Amanda Dodds joined Brown & Co in August 2009. Having spent twenty years working in residential sales and property auctions, she is highly knowledgeable about Norwich and the surrounding area.

Amanda has worked for both corporate and independent estate agents and has plenty of experience of buoyant and tough residential markets.

Living in lively Tombland, close to the Norwich office, Amanda enjoys the local wine bars and restaurants.

With 16 years experience of working in Norfolk residential agencies, Hannah joined the Norwich team in 2009.

She has worked for several independent estate agencies and, like Amanda, has plenty of practical experience of buoyant and challenging residential market conditions.

With two small children, Hannah works part time enjoying a good work home balance!

Susan joined the firm of Francis Hornor prior to its merger with Brown & Co and initially worked in the Land Agency department.

She joined the residential team in 1993 and is an invaluable member of the team. Susan has always lived and worked in the Norwich area.
