Homebuyers - RICS Homebuyers Survey
& Valuation |
It makes sense to engage a professional when making what
is for most people, the biggest single purchase of a lifetime.
The two main types of residential surveys offered by
Brown & Co. are a homebuyers survey and a building
survey.
The RICS Homebuyers Survey and Valuation Report is the
type of survey most frequently undertaken for private buyers
wanting an overall opinion of the condition of the property
they are hoping to buy. It combines value for money with a
professional inspection and an easily understood written
report.
Significant defects are highlighted and, where appropriate,
courses of action recommended. This form of report is suitable
for most types ofproperty although for those which are
complicated, large or in particularly poor condition then a
Building Survey would be more suitable.
