The Service On behalf of clients our trained Surveyors will give a free ‘Rate Check’. They will assess the accuracy of a Rating Assessment attributable to a commercial property and if necessary,  submit an Appeal against an Assessment and where appropriate or necessary, follow it through to a Valuation Tribunal hearing.
