Service charge annual estimates are drawn up for new developments and, for existing properties, are reviewed annually. Actual expenditure is monitored against these estimates throughout the management year.
Service Charges are allocated and invoiced in accordance with the terms of the Lease or Transfer. The insurance of the buildings, their common parts, services and facilities, together with fire, accident, material damage and Employer’s Liability Insurance are arranged and updated annually.
Our property management team is available to discuss any financial matter with residents and audited accounts are issued annually, and at any time all information on your building is just a phone call away.
