The Service A team of professional and very experienced Chartered Surveyors who can provide valuation on all ranges of residential properties.  The reports will provide valuations for sale, purchase, inheritance tax and capital gains tax, lending and partnership dissolution.  The valuation reports are made in accordance with the Valuation Standards (7th Edition) published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is often referred to as the Red Book.  The reports can provide a market value and market rental value as required.  The valuations can be for present day purposes or retrospective valuations can also be provided if necessary. Valuations can be of single properties or portfolio valuations can be provided on developments.
