Information on the Oxford to Cambridge Arc for Small to Medium Developers

Our Planning and Architecture webinar will provide an overview of the proposed Oxford to Cambridge Arc framework and the timescales for input alongside a master-planning approach to development with the latest design/visual technology.
Our four presenters will be as follows;
Simon Tindle is Divisional Partner for Planning in the St Neots office. He joined Brown & Co in October 2015 and prior to his appointment Simon held roles at both Northampton Borough and Sunderland City Councils, providing him with a broad range of experience in development management. Simon will be chairing the session.
Lydia Pravin is an Associate Planner in the St Neots office. She is currently involved in preparing, submitting and managing planning applications ranging from specialist barn conversion projects to major housing and commercial schemes, and promoting land through the Local Plan Examination process and prior to this she worked as a Senior Planner in Development Management at South Cambridgeshire District Council. Lydia will be providing an overview of the proposed Oxford to Cambridge Arc framework and the timescales for input for small to medium developers.
Alex Darby is a Senior Associate and heads up the Architectural Team in the our St. Neots office. Prior to this he held senior positions at a number of local and regional practices based in Cambridgeshire. He has wide experience across architectural sectors and has worked on a number of diverse projects. Alex is an Architect registered with the Architects Registration Board and is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Alex will be discussing a masterplanning approach to development with the latest design/visual technology alongside his colleague Will Faux.
William Faux is a Senior Associate in the Architecture Team in the St Neots office. William joined Brown & Co in May 2018 as an Associate where he is currently involved in the growth and promotion of the Architecture and Planning division in St Neots and the surrounding home counties involving housing, education, commercial, retail, leisure, conservation and refurbishment schemes. William is an architect registered with the Architects Registration Board and a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
