GOOD VARIETY OF LOTS COMING UP FOR SALE IN DECEMBER 2019

We have now launched our catalogue for the December auction and are very pleased to have some 20 lots for sale, representing a good cross-section of property in Norfolk and Suffolk.  All the lots have been placed in the auction because they need to be sold and our clients are satisfied that this approach will give them the best chance of maximising value on the day.


Auctions are always exciting and whether you are a buyer or a seller, they are certainly becoming an increasingly attractive method of buying and selling property.  With clear objectives, sellers look to the auction process to obtain the best possible price for a broad range of property from cottages, farmhouses, town and country houses, commercial and investment property and houses in need of renovation.  Whilst this method of sale does not suit all situations, there are a number of distinct advantages to putting land and property into one of our auctions and this includes the clear and transparent sales process which can be so important for Trustees, charities, institutions or executors.


It is always good to have a wide variety of property and this auction is no different.  In Norwich we have a terraced house, a bungalow in St Williams Way and a townhouse on the outskirts of the ring road and included in the catalogue as we move towards North Norfolk there are opportunities in Banningham with adjoining amenity land and further afield in Bodham and Salthouse.  We also have property in Sporle in West Norfolk.


In Needham we have an opportunity to acquire a Grade II Listed detached cottage in need of updating and improvement and on the outskirts of Watton, in Griston, we have a pair of semi-detached two bedroom houses with 3 building plots.  Plenty to whet the appetite here. 


In striking distance of Wymondham we have a super 3-4 bedroom property in Bunwell that has not come to the market for 50 years and needs improvement and re-arrangement throughout, together with an unconverted attached coach house in Hethersett and a building opportunity on the outskirts of Wymondham with planning consent for three units.  We have been inundated with interest in a site with potential in Westhall near Halesworth in Suffolk and will be busy travelling across to Littleport in Cambridgeshire where we are involved with selling a large farmhouse, farmyard and bungalow in three lots. 


Otherwise, back in Norwich the sale of a property in Clarendon Road and Orwell Road on the Town Close Estate will certainly be of interest to a wide variety of buyers.
