Brown&Co recently completed the letting of 4 Church Street to Townhouse Bridal.

Townhouse Bridal started in St Neots back in 2015, leading to this exciting next step for the company to be located in the town centre. Townhouse Bridal combines the experience of a bridal boutique, with the prices of an outlet or sample sale. The dress and accessories are taken home the same day.

It’s key for Alison, the owner of Townhouse Bridal, to be able to work alongside experienced bridal seamstress, Sheridan. Brown&Co liaised with the landlords to split the existing property in two enabling Sheridan to be situated next door.

Alison always highly recommends Sheridan and brides love the fact she’s conveniently located when they are ready for a final fitting. Brides travel far and wide in their search for the perfect wedding dress, so the businesses presence will benefit other local businesses.

Grace Burke, Brown&Co agent commented, “Despite the media publicising the failing retail property sector, this letting illustrates that there is demand for small units. Given the location of the property, Townhouse Bridal and Sheridan’s Alterations can continue to serve and supply both the East of Bedfordshire and the West of Cambridgeshire.”
