Grade II Listed thatched cottage with origins dating back to the 16th Century. During the late 1960's the property was extended to the side and rear, which now provides a good level of accommodation. The extension really opens up the property and includes some fine features and attractions. The delightful sitting room which measures 23' x 16' overlooks the rear garden with views over water meadows and grazing land to the rear. The master bedroom also enjoys the same outlook. The property is mainly thatched with some flat roofing. Upstairs there are two bedrooms which both have their own separate staircases.
Although habitable and featuring gas central heating, updating and improvement to the cottage is now required.
