LOCATION
The site lies on the south side of Station Road to the edge of the popular village of Walkeringham. Walkeringham is a popular village within this area presently boasting facilities including a Primary School. DIRECTIONS
From the A631 Bawtry to Gainsborough road at the western Beckingham roundabout take the A161 towards Walkeringham. On entering the village take the second right onto Station Road where the site will be found on the right-hand side after Birdcroft Lane and opposite the Beeches.

Planning permission was granted on part of the land for sale on 27th July 2016 under Application No 15/01611/RSB with all matters reserved for the erection of up to 32 dwellings and formation of a new access onto Station Road (this being a resubmission of Planning Application 15/00565/OUT).
