PLANNING
Full Planning Permission was granted on 30th October 2018 to erect five (new) dwellings with associated garages, parking and construct new access under Application No. 18/01074/FUL. Planning Permission was granted on 12th June 2013 under Application No. 13/00200/RSB for conversion of barns into three dwellings, conversion of cart shed into one dwelling, erect dwelling and re-use fuel store as storage unit. The barn conversion Planning Consent pre-dates Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).

The barn conversion consent has been implemented with the Local Planning Authority. Confirming a material start in a letter dated 17th August 2016. A copy of this letter is available from the selling agents.
