Chris graduated from Harper Adams Agricultural College with an honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, an RICS Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Chris is now based in the Huntingdon, after three years in the Firm’s Kings Lynn office. Chris is involved in all aspects of rural agency and valuation together with general professional work including compensation negotiations with utility companies, rural property lettings and management, rent reviews, landlord and tenant matters, Environmental Stewardship & Basic Payment Scheme issues.
Chris is the lead auctioneer of Brown & Co’s Farm Machinery Auctions team having both national and international experience of dispersal and collective auctions of modern and vintage farm equipment as well as completing valuations of farm equipment for partnership dissolution, joint venture or probate purposes.
