Ed moved to the King’s Lynn office in January 2009 after a four year period at the Spalding office. A Partner of the Firm since 2015, Office Manager at King’s Lynn and an active member of the Firm’s ICT and Marketing function. Ed’s day to day professional role divides in three principal ways:
i.Agency and brokerage – buying, selling and letting rural property, farm machinery sales and Entitlements trading
ii.Valuation – including secured lending, capital taxation and agricultural stocktaking
iii.Professional – Estate Management, Landlord & Tenant, Options & Leases, Utilities, Renewables and Telecoms
Ed is also a Director of his wife’s family’s arable farming business in the South Lincolnshire Fens.
