Overview of Role
An opportunity has arisen for a full time, experienced Agricultural Business Consultant working in the Norwich office. Ideal candidates will have experience in the farming and/or advisory sector and a relevant science or management degree level qualification, combined with a depth of agricultural sector experience.
The successful candidate will have a pivotal role working with a dynamic team supporting an established long term client base of farmers and producers through the agricultural sector changes ahead. To deliver this will require excellent team working abilities, a proven effectiveness in self-organisation and deadline delivery and strong interpersonal skills, alongside a business intellect focused on delivering the best outcomes and value for farming clients and landowners in the UK and further afield.
The role will enjoy the benefit of working for a long term established, varied client base with rewarding and challenging opportunities for additional value add and on farm project generation and delivery across the spectrum of business planning/budgeting, financial analysis and control, major project development and grant applications, together with the routine of BPS, CSS, SFI, etc. There will also be an opportunity for overseas work, working on International projects the firm is engaged with alongside the lead Brown&Co partner.
This role has plenty of scope for career development and promotion within Brown&Co, with the opportunity for potential partnership.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Varied farm / ag business analysis and practice or advisory experience
- Relevant Degree, or similar level education
- Norwich based
