Amy joined Brown&Co in August 2021, based in the St Neots office. This followed 7 years’ working in maintenance and property management, having previously worked for a heating contractor that provided services to social housing clients across East Anglia. Amy then moved into estate and block management, where she provided management support on large portfolios across Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties.

Amy now oversees Commercial and Residential property management – including the creation and management of service charge budgets, maintaining client and tenant relationships, proactive and reactive maintenance and ensures sites are managed to their full potential.

Amy has an NVQ level 2 in business administration and is working towards starting her AIRPM qualification.

Projects include the estate and service charge management of industrial and retail sites for local authority Huntingdonshire District Council.
