Claudia Bowring joined Brown&Co’s Lincoln Land Agency Department in September 2021 following graduating from Harper Adams University with a master’s degree in Rural Estate and Land Management. Claudia works on a wide variety of jobs including property valuations, agency, machinery auctions, landlord and tenant matters and farm stocktake valuations. Prior to joining Brown&Co Claudia has enjoyed gaining experience with national environmental consultants on projects to enhance the sustainability of the agricultural sector.

She has also grown up helping on their family arable farm in Nottinghamshire. Claudia graduated from Newcastle University in 2020 with a 2.1 in BSc Geography before going on to gain a merit in her master’s degree from Harper Adams University in Rural Estate and Land Management. She is now working towards sitting her professional examinations to become a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and to become a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Claudia has worked with a range of rural clients and is involved in work for the Environment Agency and particularly enjoys working the machinery auctions.
