John joined Brown&Co as a Harper Adam’s graduate in 2015. He became a Member of the RICS in 2016 and Fellow of the CAAV in 2017. John grew up on the family farm in Lincolnshire and has always held an interest in the countryside and livestock.

Initially joining the Spalding Office, John undertook a wide variety of land agency work gaining a breadth of experience and knowledge. Following the transfer of the Spalding team into the Lincoln Hub office in 2021 John’s been able to develop specialisms as part of a larger team, notably in agricultural, horticultural and tourism property.

John undertakes a variety of work including Valuations, Agency and Business Advice in the agricultural and rural marketplace. John will seek to understand your needs and give practical and honest professional guidance.
