Lottie Hill - Agricultural Environmental Consultant, Senior Associate, BSc (Hons)

Lottie Hill has been at Brown&Co for over 5 years having joined the Firm in February 2017. She sits within the agricultural business consultancy team as an environmental consultant. She has a detailed knowledge of the old ELS/HLS and a depth of experience in creating and managing Countryside Stewardship schemes and woodland schemes.  She ensures that schemes are designed to work with the farming business, maximising environmental and economic benefits. Lottie has a real interest in keeping up to date with the latest agri-environmental policy and often provides the firm with updates.  She also offers advice to clients who are LEAF accredited, writing biodiversity and conservation plans and auditing LEAF marque documents. 

Lottie has a Bsc Hons in Environmental Science with a year in Industry, acquired from the University of East Anglia. Prior to working at Brown&Co she was an environmental field instructor on the North Norfolk Coast and worked at Norfolk County Council in the natural environment team. 

Currently Lottie helps to manage over 100 stewardship schemes in East Anglia. She has also worked on an ELMS test and trial on carbon sequestration on farm. She offers advice on Rural land use change Environmental Impact Assessments and completes them when necessary.
