Paul has worked with Brown&Co since 2014. His specialisms include providing planning advice on sites from individual plots for dwellings to large multi-use strategic sites. He is involved in leading and providing planning input to identify strategic sites for sustainable development. His work includes advising on promoting sites through Local Plans, and developing solutions to unlock difficult sites.

Paul has over 45 years experience in Town planning, 25 of which was with a variety of Councils in Norfolk and Suffolk. He began his career prior to Local Government reorganisation and held a number of posts where he was involved in a wide range of proposals large scale growth areas on the edges of major towns and settlements, to large commercial proposals, and dealing with enforcing planning controls.

Paul is a fully qualified chartered town planner with a Diploma in Environmental Planning and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Recent projects he has worked on include gaining planning permission for three student accommodation sites in Norwich as well as being involved in site allocations for a variety of developers/promotors in Norfolk and Suffolk and promoting a new settlement on the edge of Norwich for employment, housing and country park for 5,000 dwellings.
