Just Can't Bear To Be Away!

The latest new arrival at a Norwich industrial park likes the estate so much that he’s back in the exact same unit that he occupied previously.  Roger Peck’s new construction industry fixing’s company Gripfixings Ltd, which he set up in 2012, has just signed a new five year lease of Unit 28, Hellesdon Hall Industrial Estate, a unit that he occupied before selling his previous business, Tolway Fixings Ltd to Sheffield Installation Group in 2008.

“With great visibility and accessibility from the ring road the Hellesdon Hall Industrial Estate is the perfect location for our business.  The estate is very presentable, has great loading and parking and is available on competitive terms.  There is a good mix of trade occupiers which is ideal for a business like ours”,  commented Roger Peck, Managing Director of Gripfixings Ltd.

The 29 unit, 127,000 sq ft estate, which was purchased last year by Rockspring, is one of the premier industrial and trade locations in the city, and boasts an excellent tenant mix including Plumb Center, Hire Station & Andrew Page amongst others.

It has been a busy time for Rockspring since acquiring the asset having let Unit 8 to the former Masterchef Finalist Tim Kinnaird for his Macarons & More venture, and Unit 3 to existing tenant Micross to allow their expansion.

Terms have also been agreed for Plumb Center to renew their lease of the 9,500 sq ft, Unit 38-40 which underlines the estates credentials as an accessible industrial and trade location.

Further new lettings are in the pipeline, and a number of individual units are available from 2,800 sq ft to 5,750 sq ft through Brown & Co’s Norwich office.
