Once again, Brown & Co auction department demonstrates its ability to deliver results for our clients.  Recent auction success suggests that Brown & Co is one of the region’s most successful local auctioneers with a combined average of lots entered to lots sold into auctions this year reaching nearly 90% success.  This means, 9 out of every 10 lots entered into one of our auctions sells, which of course makes us and our clients extremely happy.  We attribute this success to the professional way we approach each lot, providing tailored marketing and advertising and conducting more open days than nearly every one of our rivals.  Open days are a special and important part of the process and obviously more people through the front door (so to speak) will undoubtedly lead to more bidders in the auction room, which will provide a greater chance of success and in this case as mentioned nearly 90%.
