In 2023, Alice joined the Brown&Co Agricultural Business Consultancy division following her graduation from Harper Adams University, with a BSc (Hons) degree in Agriculture and Farm Business Management.

Having grown up on her family's pheasant farm, she has acquired a deep understanding of game enterprise operations. Her diverse experience includes working on arable and livestock farms prior to joining the Firm. Alice's university placement year at an Agri-Business Consultancy company allowed her to further develop her farm business expertise.

Alice is currently involved with a wide variety of work assisting clients with grant funding applications, agri-environmental schemes, harvest budgets, and contract farming agreements.
