Alton joined Brown&Co in 2019 and is responsible for all commercial and operational activities of the firm, ensuring that the firm maximises all opportunities for revenue and profit generation, whilst ultimately ensuring that these initiatives are delivered on time and on budget for the partners and stakeholders of the business. With responsibility for all key areas that underpin Brown&Co's commercial activities - from finance to information technology to operations and strategy, Alton commits to best practice, standardisation, compliance and overall customer experience. Essentially he provides the firm’s client-facing teams with the tools they need to undertake their roles and service their clients.
