Annie joined Brown & Co in October 2023 after graduating from Harper Adams University with a first class honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management.

Annie grew up on her family’s tenanted beef farm in the Peak District, Derbyshire and obtained experience of estate management and rural planning on her placement year at university.

She is currently working towards her RICS & CAAV qualifications, and is developing her knowledge and experience of a range of professional areas including valuations, agency, landlord and tenant and compulsory purchase.
