Elizabeth has worked for Brown&Co since the Brown&CoJHWalter merger in October 2021, previously working for JHWalter since 2018. Having left teaching, Elizabeth has retrained in Land Agency, and supports her senior colleagues in a range of work from Landlord and Tenant matters such as rent reviews, disputes, tenancies and licences to valuation of agricultural land and property for various purposes, such as Inheritance Tax and secured lending. Elizabeth also undertakes Annual Stocktaking Valuations, deals with Basic Payment, and other government schemes such as the Sustainable Farming Incentive. She is also actively involved with selling and letting of land and buildings.

Elizabeth has a BSc in Geography from Canterbury Christ Church University, a MSc in Rural Estates and Land Management from Harper Adams University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
