Jess joined Brown&Co in September 2023, as a member of the HR team who support the whole firm.

Jess graduated from De Montfort University (DMU) with a First-Class degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management. DMU is one of the few CIPD Approved Centres, upon completion of her degree Jess received her Associate CIPD membership.

Before joining Brown&Co Jess worked in the HR department of a construction company.
