Peter Thompson - Agricultural Business Consultant, Associate, BSC. (Hons)

Peter originally comes from his family’s farm in Shropshire and joined Brown&Co in 2020 having graduated the Royal Agricultural University with a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Management. During his time at the RAU, Peters studies focused on business management, profitable farming and the integration technology and new practices.

Peter is involved in the running of Contract Farming Agreements, Basic Payment Scheme applications, budgeting, machinery and labour costings as well as assisting with both the quarterly National Online Timed Machinery Auction and on-site machinery auctions.

Previously, Peter has worked for a number of farming businesses both across the UK and Australia gaining a broad knowledge of different farming operations on a variety of scales.
