Sam joined the St Neots Architecture and Planning team in September 2023 after graduating with a First-Class with Honours degree in Architecture from Coventry University.

His final degree project was based in Digbeth, Birmingham and explored how the built environment could support the customary neurodivergence felt within the students of Birmingham, the outcome was ‘Rethinking Drinking’ which tackled the contradiction of alcohol and happiness. His final dissertation tackled similar problems at a wider urban scale; ‘Urbanisation Vs Happiness’ which was awarded the dissertation prize for inclusive urban design.

Sam assists with a wide range of projects including barn conversions, residential extensions, education, and commercial builds.
