Tom Birks has been with Brown&Co since 2007. Tom joined as a graduate but has progressed to Land Agency Partner. Tom specialises in farm agency, auctioneering, valuation, tax planning and development agreements for rural clients.

Graduating from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. Tom joined the firm in Lincolnshire, before moving to Banbury office in 2014 as part of the expansion of the Brown&Co region. Tom is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Agricultural Valuer and a RICS Registered valuer.

Tom is part of the Brown&Co farm agency team, as well as been involved in the valuation of national property portfolios and acting for land owners on large infrastructure projects.
