Tom Kilvert - Town Planner, Associate, MSc MRTPI

Tom joined Brown&Co as an Associate Planner in December 2023. He previously worked as a Planner within a multi-disciplinary consultancy practice, working on a range in scale of residential, employment and renewable projects.

Tom is from a Norfolk farming background and, in recent years, has provided planning expertise to diversify the business with residential and commercial planning consents. He looks forward to working closely with clients to maximise the planning potential of their land and property assets.

Tom has a Masters in Spatial Planning and Development from the University of Reading. He is also a Chartered Town Planner.
