Nick Moys - Town Planner, Associate Partner, MRTPI
Nick has worked for Brown&Co in the Norwich Architecture and Planning team since November 2016. Nick covers all aspects of development management, including the submission of planning applications for a wide variety of development and the preparation of planning appeals. Broad experience of dealing with large scale development proposals and environmental impact assessment. Particular specialisms include development in rural areas, such as village housing, barn conversions, agricultural development and farm diversification projects.
Prior to joining Brown&Co, Nick had been employed for around 30 years as a town planner, principally in local government. He also worked as a Planning Inspector for the government.
Nick holds a BA Honours degree in Town & Country Planning (1985) and has been a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) since 1992.
Nick’s recent projects include proposals for commercial and housing developments on a large historic estate, poultry and dairy farm proposals and a range of housing scheme for clients.
