Shirley is a Property Manager in the Commercial Department of Brown & Co, having joined in 2018.

She manages a number of commercial properties from listed buildings to purpose built commercial parks and offices.

She ensures that buildings and developments are managed efficiently, communicating with both landlords and tenants.  She has experience in dealing with budgeting and management of commercial service charges, building maintenance, and repairs.

Shirley moved to Norfolk in 1990 and has valuable experience in the leisure industry having managed the Norfolk home of the Holiday Property Bond properties at Barnham Broom for 12 years.
